Sicilian Supper

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cooked noodles
- 3/4 cup milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese cubed
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup green pepper chopped
- Tomato paste
Method
- Brown meat, add onion; cook until tender add tomato paste, water, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer 5 minutes.
- Heat milk and cream cheese, blend well. Stir in 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, garlic salt, green pepper, and noodles.
- In {a} casserole, alternate layers of noodles & meat sauce.
- Bake at 350 degrees for twenty minutes.
- Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on {top}.

My Mom used to made this all of time. I make it a little different. I only put meat mixture on 1/2 of the casserole. My daughter doesn’t like it with burger in to. This is a go-to, easy recipe!!! Serve with garlic bread and salad.
