Ingredients

1 cup sour cream
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
Pinch of salt
1 cup raisins
[1 teaspoon vanilla]

Cooked pie crust

Cool Whip

Method

Soak raisins in hot water while preparing pie crust. 

Cook sour cream, eggs, sugar, flour, and salt until thick. Add [drained] raisins and vanilla. Put in the cooked pie crust. 

Let cool. 

Top with Cool Whip.
