Ingredients
1 cup Hi-Ho Crackers
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Method
Beat eggs, add sugar (gradually), add cracker crumbs, nuts, and vanilla. Spread in 9×9 square pan and bake 25 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
Spread with jam or fruit and server with whipped cream.
