3 8-ounce cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Blend cheese and sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Beat 4 minutes. Fill paper cupcake 3/4 full. Bake 35-40 minutes at 300-degrees, cool five minutes. The center will droop slightly. Mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Put 1 teaspoon on the top of each cupcake. Put bake in the over for six minutes. Remove and cool.
Make 30-36 cupcakes. I fill mine a little more full and make 28 which is the number of pans that I have 2-8 and 2-6; so I can cook them all at one time.
