2 packages (10-ounces) frozen chopped spinach
1 tablespoon oleo
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 8-ounce carton commercial sour cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs


Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well and set aside. Melt oleo in a large saucepan. Add onion and saute until tender, remove from heat.  Add spinach and remaining ingredients except for breadcrumbs; mix well. Spoon mixture into a greased 1-quart casserole; sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered at 350-degrees for 30 minutes. 

Yield 6 servings.
