Stack Biscuits

Ingredients

4 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup shortening (soft)
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup sweet milk

1 package dry yeast dissolved in warm water (2 tablespoons)

Method

Sift dry ingredients together, add shortening, add milk and yeast. Roll out thin and stack one on the other.

Bake at 400-degrees.
