Ingredients
8 large mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped mushroom stems
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup fine breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped, cooked ham
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
2 teaspoons milk, to moisten
1/4 cup fine breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan Cheese
Method
Prepare and stem mushrooms. Cook chopped stems in butter a few minutes without browning; add the next 5 ingredients. Mix well; pile into caps. Mix remaining bread crumbs with the melted butter, add grated cheese; mix well, sprinkle over the top of the stuffing. Bake in a hot oven, 400-degrees for 15 minutes, or until brown.
