Ingredients
- 2 cups Sun-Maid Puffed Raisins
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Method
- Cook raisins, sugar, water, salt, and lemon juice for five minutes.
- Dissolve cornstarch in three tablespoons cold water.
- Add to raisin mixture and cook for five minutes longer, remove from fire, add extract.
- Pour into pastry lined tin, strip top.
