Ingredients 2 cups sausage 1 cup tomatoes 2 cups mashed potatoes 2 cup bread crumbs 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 egg Method Combine all ingredients, add the egg last. Place in a pan and bake at 400-degrees for 1 hour. If the loaf is not brown enough, bake a little longer.

Ingredients 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon soda 3 tablespoon sugar 3/4 teaspoon salt 2 eggs, well beaten 1/4 cup vinegar 1 3/4 cups sweet milk 1/4 cup shortening Method Sift flour, soda, sugar, and salt. Combine eggs, vinegar, milk, and shortening; and mix well. Add to dry ingredients and stir only until smooth.

Ingredients 1 egg 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon grated orange rind 2 teaspoons sugar 1/3 cup orange juice Bread Method Beat 1 egg; add 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon grated orange rind, 2 teaspoon sugar, 1/3 cup orange juice.  Dip bread in mixture and fry.  For 6 slices.
