Ingredients 1 2/3 cups sifted flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon soda 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 2 eggs 1/2 cup cold water 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 cup pumpkin 1/2 cup salad oil Method Bake in a loaf pan in 350-degree oven for 1.5 hours.
