Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients 3 ounces (1/3 cup) crumbled Blue Cheese 2 3-ounce packages cream cheese Light cream or top milk Method Combine. {Beat} with light cream or top milk to desired fluffy consistency. Season to taste. Serve over lettuce wedges.
Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients 1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup sour cream 3 ounces blue cheese 1 slight tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/8 teaspoon A1 Dash Tobasco Dash lemon Dash paprika Mix well and chill.
Fruit Dressing

Ingredients 1 cup orange juice 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup sugar 2 tablespoons cornstarch Method Mix the orange juice, lemon juice, and sugar together and heat. When this reaches the boiling point, add the cornstarch, which has been moistened in cold water. Cook for one minute. Remove from the fire and cool.

Ingredients 1 cup oil 1/3 cup wine vinegar 4 teaspoons sugar 3 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons pepper 2 teaspoons dry mustard 2 teaspoons garlic seasoning or crushed 2 teaspoons horseradish Method Mix in a jar and shake.
