The 100 Cookie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup Rice Krispies
- 1 cup quick oats
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cream of tarter
Method
- Drop by teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350-degrees for 10 minutes; until lightly browned.
- Store wrapped and covered.

First, cream the sugars and margarine/butter; then, blend in the egg, oil, and vanilla. Combine the flour, salt, and cream of tartar and mix well; slowly fold into the wet mixture and mix until well incorporated. Combine the coconut, Rice Krispies, and quick oats, and slowly add to the mixture and mix well.
