1 can (6.25 ounces) tuna, drained
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup minced onion
3/4 to 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 can (4 ounces) shoestring potatoes


Into a large bowl, separate tuna into chunks.  Add carrots, celery, onions, and salad dressing; toss until tuna is well coated with dressing.  

Cover and chill.  Just before serving, fold in potatoes, if desired garnish with parsley and carrot curls. 

6 servings.
