Ingredients
1 large package frozen mixed vegetables (16-ounces or 20-ounces)
1 cup grated Velveeta cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped celery
1 medium onion, grated
1 stick margarine, melted
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
Method
Cook vegetables according to package directions and drain; mix with cheese, mayonnaise, celery, and onions. Put in a buttered casserole dish and sprinkle top with crushed crackers. Pour butter on top and bake for 30 minutes at 350-degrees.
