2 eggs, separated
1 pint milk
Salt
1 pint flour
Baking Powder
Melted butter
Method
Break the yolk of 2 eggs into a dish and beat with a little milk and salt, add and beat well alternately 1 pint of milk and 1 pint of flour, 1 level teaspoon of baking powder to a cup of flour, and lastly, the beaten egg whites, add melted butter. If sour milk is used, take a level teaspoons of soda.
