Ingredients

1 small can of salmon
1/2 cup walnuts
Lettuce, cabbage, or celery cut fine
Juice of one lemon
Salt
Salad Dressing

Lettuce leaves

Method

One small can salmon, drained and minced, 1/2 cup walnuts broken up, lettuce, cabbage or celery cut fine, juice of 1 lemon, and salt to taste. Mix with good salad dressing and serve on lettuce leaves.
