Ingredients

60 crushed Ritz Crackers
1/4 cup melted margarine

2 3-ounce boxes pistachio pudding mix
2 1/2 cups cold milk

1 quart vanilla ice cream

Cool Whip

Method

Make a crust with the Ritz Crackers and margarine. 

Mix the pistachio pudding, milk, and ice cream, pour over the crust and refrigerate. 

Frost with Cool Whip.
