- 1 cup Shortening
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Egg yolks
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 2.5 cups Sifted flour
- Salt
Cream butter and shortening.
Add sugar, cream again then add well beaten egg yolks and vanilla {add lemon juice}.
Add flour and mix well
Put through cookie press.
Press and bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
