Mrs. Oklahoma Strawberry Cake

Mrs. Oklahoma's Strawberry Cake
- 1 package white cake mix
- 3 tablespoons sifted flour
- 1 box strawberry gelatin dry-dessert
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries thawed
- Frosting
- Ingredients
- 1 cube margarine
- 1 box confectioner's sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Mrs. Oklahoma's Strawberry Cake
Add flour, gelatin, water, oil and unbeaten eggs to cake mix in bowl.
Beat 2 minutes - medium speed, until smooth.
Add frozen strawberries and beat one minute, or until thoroughly mixed.
Pour into two greased and floured 9-inch layer pans. Bake at 350-degrees, 35 minutes.
Frost when cool
Frosting
Cream margarine until smooth.
Add confectioner's sugar a few tablespoons at a time and salt.
Add strawberries as needed to mix in sugar.
Beat thoroughly.
