Zucchini Jam

Zucchini Jam


6 cups ground zucchini, peeled (drained if necessary)
4.5 cups sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple, with juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 package (6-ounce) package orange Jell-O


Cook 6 cups of ground zucchini, peeled at least 10 minutes, until clear; drain if necessary.  Add 4 1/2 cups sugar, 1 cup crushed pineapple with juice, 1/2 cup lemon juice; bring to a boil for about 10 minutes.  Remove from heat; add 1 package (6-ounces) orange Jell-O, stir well. 

Pour into jar and seal; store in freezer or refrigerator.
