Zucchini Pie

Ingredients

3 cups zucchini, cooked and mashed
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 small onion, grated
1 cup olives, sliced
1 cup cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste
Dash Worcestershire Sauce

Method

Cut squash into slices, drop in boiling water and cook until tender. Drain and mash. Add eggs, salt, pepper to taste and a dash of Worcestershire sauce, cheese and onions. Stir in olives. Pour into a square glass baking dish. Bake 325-degrees for 1/2 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
