- 2 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Karo
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup nuts
Cook sugar, Karo, water, and salt until it strings.
Beat egg white until stiff.
Pour syrup over egg whites and beat.
{Add nuts and drop on wax paper by the tablespoonful.}
