Ingredients

  • 3 bottles cranberry juice cocktail, chilled 1 quart bottles
  • 1 can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed 12-ounce can
  • 1/2 gallon raspberry sherbert
  • 1 quart ginger ale, chilled
  • mint sprigs

Method

  • Combine cranberry cocktail and lemonade concentrate.
  • Stir well; chill.
  • Just before serving, pour into a 4-quart punch bowl.
  • Add scoops of sherbert.
  • Slowly add ginger ale.
  • Garnish with mint sprigs.
