Ingredients
- 1 pkg peach Jell-O, 6-ounce package (use any flavor)
- 1 qt ice cream
- 1 1/3 cups fruit, drained and chopped
- 2 cups boiling water
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water.
- Add ice cream and stir until melted.
- Add fruit.
- Mix and stir, as it hardens in the refigerator; about 1/2 hour.
