- 1 lb fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 pkg miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
Grind 1 pound fresh or frozen cranberries.
Add sugar to canberries, let sugar blend into the cranberry juice.
Add 1 package of miniature marshmallows, and one cup of pecans; mix well.
Fold in 1/2 pint of whipped whipping cream.
Pour into a dish and cover.
