Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1-2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp minced onion (I slice mine)
- 2 tbsp minced fresh dill (or 2 tsp dill weed, minced parsley, or chives)
Method
- Wash cucumbers, slice them (remove seeds if desired.)
- Combine with remaining ingredients; sprinkle with parsley or chives.
- Cover and refigerate at least two hours.
