Ingredients

  • shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 2 cups Helman's mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • tomato
  • egg wedges

Method

  • Line a pan with 1/2-inch shredded lettuce.
  • Layer with 1/4 cup green onions, chopped, 1/2 cup celery, sprinkled with 1 1/2 cups frozen peas and one can of sliced water chestnuts.
  • Spread 2 cups Helman's mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with 3 tablespoons sugar on top.
  • Garnish with tomato slices and egg wedges.
