- shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 2 cups Helman's mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sugar

Line a pan with 1/2-inch shredded lettuce.
Layer with 1/4 cup green onions, chopped, 1/2 cup celery, sprinkled with 1 1/2 cups frozen peas and one can of sliced water chestnuts.
Spread 2 cups Helman's mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with 3 tablespoons sugar on top.
Garnish with tomato slices and egg wedges.
