Borden's Rich Lemon Bars
A vintage clipped recipe from Borden for Rich Lemon Bars made with flour, confectioners' sugar, butter, eggs, granulated sugar, baking powder, and RealLemon Lemon Juice.

eggs, slightly beaten

granulated sugar

cup
RealLemon Lemon Juice from Concentrate
Additional confectioners' sugar
Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, cut in margarine until crumbly.
Press onto bottom of lightly greased 13x9-inch baking pan; bake 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine eggs, granulated sugar, baking powder, RealLemon brand and remaining 3 tablespoons of flour; mix well.
Pour over baked crust; bak 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool.
Cut into bars.
Sprinkle with additional confectioners' sugar. Store covered in refigerator.
