- 1 cup oleo
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 4 ounces Hershey's bar, finely grated
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
- 2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
Put small amount of oatmeal in a blender until it turns to powder.
Cream oleo, sugar, and brown sugar; add eggs and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients together; then all ingredients.
Add chocolate and nuts.
Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet 2-inches apart.
Make golf-ball sized cookies.
Bake 375 degrees for six minutes.
