- 2 cups Sun-Maid Puffed Raisins
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Cook raisins, sugar, water, salt, and lemon juice for five minutes.
Dissolve cornstarch in three tablespoons cold water.
Add to raisin mixture and cook for five minutes longer, remove from fire, add extract.
Pour into pastry lined tin, strip top.
Bake {? thirty minutes ?} in moderate oven (400-degrees).
