Frosting Ingredients
1
box
powdered sugar
1
teaspoon
vanilla
1
cup
chopped pecans
1
stick
margarine
4
tablespoons
cocoa
5
tablespoons
milk
Method
Cake
In a bowl, mix flour, sour cream, salt, sugar, baking soda, and eggs.
In a pan bring to boil margarine, cocoa, and water, then add boiled mixture to dry ingredients.
Mix well and pour into a large sheet pant, 15.5x10.5x1-inches, that has been greased and floured.
Bake at 350-degrees approximately 20 minutes.
Frosting
In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, vanilla, and pecans.
Bring margarine, milk, and cocoa to boil in a saucepan.
Add to dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
Frost cake while still warm.
Can use chocolate chips instead of cocoa; 1/2 large bag.
