This copy of the European Cookbook for American Homes is the 1951 “newly revised and enlarged version” of the original 1936 edition.  The cookbook is divided into four sections or “books” within the one volume Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and French. Each section is then divided into your traditional sections of soup, meats, desserts, etc.
