- 1 tbso flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
Combine flour and sugar in a double boiler.
Stir in one egg.
Add lemon juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice.
Stir until thickened, chill.
Whip 1/2 cup whipping cream.
Fold in fruit juice mixture.
