Ingredients

  • 1 tbso flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream

Method

  • Combine flour and sugar in a double boiler.
  • Stir in one egg.
  • Add lemon juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice.
  • Stir until thickened, chill.
  • Whip 1/2 cup whipping cream.
  • Fold in fruit juice mixture.
