Italian Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 3 large onions chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 stick butter or oleo
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 2 can tomato soup
  • 3 soup cans water
  • 1 8- ounce package vermicelli uncooked
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  • Saute meat, onions, and garlic in butter; add mushrooms, corn, and soup with water.
  • Add vermicelli.
  • Start at 350-degree oven for thirty minutes, then turn oven to 200-degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until baked spaghetti.
  • Note — cook in a dutch oven, uncovered
