1 1/2 pounds ground beef
3 large onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 stick butter or oleo
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream corn
2 can tomato soup
3 soup cans water
1 8-ounce package vermicelli, uncooked
salt & pepper


Saute meat, onions, and garlic in butter; add mushrooms, corn, and soup with water.  Add vermicelli.  Start at 350-degree oven for thirty minutes, then turn oven to 200-degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until baked spaghetti. 

Serves 8-10. 

Note — cook in a dutch oven, uncovered.
