Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 3 large onions chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can cream corn
- 2 can tomato soup
- 3 soup cans water
- 1 8- ounce package vermicelli uncooked
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Saute meat, onions, and garlic in butter; add mushrooms, corn, and soup with water.
- Add vermicelli.
- Start at 350-degree oven for thirty minutes, then turn oven to 200-degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until baked spaghetti.
