Frosting for Chocolate Pound Cake

- 1 stick oleo
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 can Pet Evaporated Milk (2/3 cup)
- 1 package chocolate chips (6-ounces)
- 12 large marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla
Combine sugar, oleo, and PET evaporated milk and bring to a boil.
Cook for five minutes.
Remove from heat, add remainder of ingredients, and beat until spreading consistency.
