Ingredients

  • 1 box free flowing salt (Morton's) 28-ounce
  • 1 box ground black pepper 1.5-ounce
  • 1 box gound red pepper 2-ounce
  • 1 box pure garlic powder 1-ounce
  • 1 box chili powder 1-ounce
  • 1 carton monosodium glutamate (Accent) 1-ounce

Method

  • Mix well and use like salt.
  • When it's salty enough, it's seasoned to perfection.
  • Use generously on everything except when the recipes in this book call for something else.
  • If too peppery for children, add more salt to season to taste.
