Tony's Famous Creole Seasoning
A vintage typed recipe for Tony's All-Purpose Famous Creole Seasoning made with salt, ground black pepper, ground red pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and Accent.

- 1 box free flowing salt (Morton's) 28-ounce
- 1 box ground black pepper 1.5-ounce
- 1 box gound red pepper 2-ounce
- 1 box pure garlic powder 1-ounce
- 1 box chili powder 1-ounce
- 1 carton monosodium glutamate (Accent) 1-ounce
Mix well and use like salt.
When it's salty enough, it's seasoned to perfection.
Use generously on everything except when the recipes in this book call for something else.
If too peppery for children, add more salt to season to taste.
