Quick and Easy Peach Cobbler
A vintage clipped recipe for a quick and easy Peach Cobbler made with margarine, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, milk, and a large can of peaches.

Ingredients

sugar

cup
milk

can
peaches
or 1 qt. frozen or home-canned peaches
Method
Melt margarine and pour int a large pan or baking dish.
Mix together the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and milk into baking dish.
Add the canned peaches and half the syrup.
For frozen peaches, add peaches and about 1 cup of peach juice.
Sprinkle sugar lightly over the top.
Bake 45 minutes (until brown) at 325 degrees.
