Notes:
I found two dressing recipes in the collection. They are both very similar, but I have included both recipes.

The image of Dressing 2 is hard to read as it written on the back of an envelope meant to obfuscate the contents of the envelope.

The note at the bottom of Dressing 2 reads "Hilda Bryan - I used this and added 3 times the amount and it made 2 big dishes to bake. I used broth from a boiled chicken (hen) and 1 can Sweet Sue bought broth". Hilda Bryan was one of my Grandmother's friends, so I guess they were comparing recipe notes. I am assuming this is Hilda's recipe, similar to my Grandmother's "Dressing 1" recipe.
