Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
2 cups flour, sifted
2 tablespoons baking soda
1 cup lukewarm water
Method
Mix mayonnaise, sugar, and cocoa; then mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda into 1 cup of lukewarm water and mix well into mayonnaise mixture. Add flour.
Bake at 350-degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
Frosting for Mayonnaise Cake
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Mix sugar, cocoa, and butter or margarine with coffee until the right consistency to spread.
