Swiss Steak

Ingredients

Beef steak or roast

2 cups tomatoes
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Method

Brown meat slightly. 

Put the meat into the mixture of tomatoes, green peppers, onion, sugar, and salt; cook at 350-degrees, until tender. About 1 hour.
