Ingredients 1 cup orange juice 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup sugar 2 tablespoons cornstarch Method Mix the orange juice, lemon juice, and sugar together and heat.  When this reaches the boiling point, add the cornstarch, which has been moistened in cold water.  Cook for one minute.  Remove from the fire and cool.

Ingredients 2 pounds stew beef, cut into pieces 1 envelope onion soup mix 1 10.5-ounce can cream of mushroom soup 1 4-ounce can mushrooms 1/2 cup red wine Method Combine all ingredients in Crock Pot, stir well.  Cover and cook on low 8-12 hours.  Serve over noodles or rice (High 5 to 6 hours.)
