Ingredients

Chopped lettuce
Watercress
1-ounce Swiss cheese, julienne
2-ounces cooked turkey, julienne
1 medium tomato, quartered
1/2 medium cucumber 
1 radish rose

Method

Place strips of cheese and turkey on lettuce bed in a criss-cross fashion.  Fill in with quartered tomato.  Garnish with shred cucumber and a radish rose. 

Makes 1 serving.

Serve with French Dressing.
