2 tablespoons butter
2 mild onions
1 cup spicy tomato sauce
1/4 pound cream cheese

Pistachio nuts, chopped
Parsley, minced


Place butter in a saucepan and saute onions, finely minced, add tomato sauce and grated cheese, stir until cheese is melted, season to taste. Spread on toast and sprinkle with chopped pistachio nuts and minced parsley.
