Baked Apples

Ingredients

Apples
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
1 round tablespoon flour
Butter
Cinnamon

Method

Halve and core apples and place in baking dish. 

Mix about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of sugar and one rounding tablespoon of flour.  Shake it over the apples.  Dot with a little butter.  Sprinkle with cinnamon.  Pour a little water in the bottom of the dish. 

Bake at 400-degrees 30 minutes or until done, basting with liquid in the bottom of a dish at least once.
