Ingredients

4 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/3 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sifted 10X (confectioner’) sugar
4 egg yolks
1 teaspoon grated orange rind

 

Method

1. Combine chocolate and butter in a small heavy saucepan. Place over very low heat just until melted; remove from heat. 

2. Stir in 10X sugar until well blended. Add egg yolks, one at a time. Beat in orange rind. Chill until the mixture is firm enough to shape. 

3. Pipe mixture into gold-foil candy cups. Refrigerate until firm.
