Ingredients
2 number 2.5 cans tomatoes {7 cups or 2 28-ounce cans}
4 8-ounce cans tomato sauce
2 teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons onion salt
2 cups minced onion
1/3 cup salad oil
2 pounds ground chuck
2 minced garlic cloves
2 teaspoons accent
1 pound lasagna
1 cup grated Parmesan {cheese}
Method
Simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Cook lasagna as directed. Heat over to 350-degrees. Put a layer of sauce on the bottom then a layer of lasagna then 1/3 cup of ricotta, 1/3 cup mozzarella etc.
Bake about 55 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
