1 pound hamburger
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1 egg
4 saltine crackers, rolled fine with a rolling pin
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tablespoon poultry dressing
Salt and pepper


Put all ingredients in a large bowl.  Mix well but do not beat the egg; put it in whole.  Put mixture in a small loaf pan and frost the top of the loaf with either chili sauce or catsup.  Bake in a slow oven.
