1 package yellow Jiffy Cake Mix
1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, well drained
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 packages vanilla instant pudding
2 cups milk
1 8-ounce whipped topping
1/2 cup toasted coconut
Bake cake in 9×13 pan. Spread pineapple on cooled cake. Blend cream cheese with 1/2 cup milk. Blend pudding mix with 2 cups milk and add to cheese mixture. spread over pineapple. Top with cool whip and toasted coconut.
Chill until ready to serve.
