Ingredients
1 10-inch pastry shell
1 tablespoon onion, grated
12 slices of bacon, crumbled
1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
1 2 1/2-ounce jar mushrooms
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Dash of cayenne pepper
Method
Sprinkle cheese over pastry shell, arrange mushrooms, onions, bacon over cheese. Mix eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour over all.
Bake 375-degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Let stand ten minutes.
